Abstract :
Background to the Research Problem In any society, one of the basic development issues is the correct and rational use of human capabilities and capacity and this calls for sustainable development which helps in meeting the needs of the generations that are to come in the future. Sustainability is a concept that describes the long stability of the economy of a country, in terms of jobs or occupations. This is an interesting subject in social sciences to which many discussions have been attributed. The role of occupation in the dynamics of life is undeniable and we can identify it as the center of human and social relations. Undoubtedly, as women represent half the population, they have direct impact on the development of a society.
